Items can be returned for a full refund of the merchandise value within 14 days of receiving an order and 7 days after requesting a return label
You’ll have 30 days of purchase to send back the product and we'll happily provide a refund. New and unwashed products will receive a full refund excluding shipping costs. Washed and used sheets will be refunded excluding a processing fee of 50% of the original price.

Upon receiving your return in our shipping facility, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Please note that based on the card you used to make your purchase, the refund may take up to a month to show up on your statement.
Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries; if your products are unwashed and unused, just send it back to us and we can exchange it for you right away.

We never resell returned bedding. We donate gently used returns to Faith and Feathers, local shelters, and other charities. When items aren’t in condition to donate, we partner with textile recycling facilities.
Product & Thread Count

Some pilling is normal for natural fibers. To prevent excess pilling, avoid fabric softeners, dryer balls and friction with other rough fabrics.

High thread count is often associated with high-quality bedding. However, this is a common misconception.
Thread count refers to the number of threads woven into one square inch of fabric, but it doesn't necessarily mean the fabric is of better quality. In fact, a high thread count can sometimes indicate lower quality because manufacturers may use thinner, weaker threads to achieve a higher count.
Other factors, such as the type of cotton, weave, and finish, are more important in determining the quality of bedding. So, when shopping for sheets, pay attention to more than just the thread count.
The Fallacy of High Thread Count:
Manipulation of Thread Count: Manufacturers sometimes employ deceptive practices to inflate thread counts. By using multi-ply threads, where multiple threads are twisted together, they can claim higher thread counts. While this might make the fabric denser, it doesn't necessarily enhance its quality or comfort.
Lower-Quality Materials: A higher thread count doesn't guarantee better fabric. In some cases, manufacturers use lower-quality materials with shorter, thicker threads to achieve a higher thread count. This can result in a coarser, less breathable fabric that may not feel as comfortable or last as long as lower thread count alternatives made with high-quality materials.
Diminishing Returns: There comes a point where an excessively high thread count offers diminishing returns in terms of comfort. Beyond a certain threshold, the difference in softness and durability becomes minimal, making the extra cost unjustifiable.
Focus on Quality, Not Just Thread Count:
Fiber Quality: The type and quality of fibers used in the fabric play a crucial role in determining its overall comfort and durability. Egyptian cotton, Pima cotton, and high-quality linen are examples of premium materials that can provide exceptional comfort, even with a lower thread count.
Weave: The weave of the fabric influences how it feels against the skin. Sateen weaves, for instance, create a smooth, lustrous surface, while percale weaves offer a crisp, cool feel. Understanding your personal preferences and selecting the right weave can greatly enhance your bedding experience.
Finishing Techniques: Factors such as the finishing techniques used during manufacturing, including the application of softeners or special treatments, can significantly affect the feel and longevity of the fabric. It's worth considering these aspects rather than solely relying on thread count
